Common causes

Fix it step by step

  1. Unplug the machine. Samsung does not recommend using a stand or trolley under the washer.
  2. Make sure all 4 legs are on the floor and the machine is balanced. Adjust the front legs: clockwise raises, anticlockwise lowers.
  3. Keep at least 10 cm between the machine and each wall.
  4. Spread the laundry evenly and restart. Front load: make sure no laundry is caught in the door.
  5. Bedding covers: top load 3.0 kg or less; front load 2.0 kg or less at 800 rpm or lower.
  6. Choose the programme that matches the fabric.
